What is The BEST Evidence for an Afterlife? (For SMART People Looking for PROOF Your Spirit Can Communicate After Death)

What is the best ghost evidence available?  Is it hazy photographs?  Fleeting shapes on video that are there one moment….and gone to the next?  Orbs, or unexplainable events on film?  Or what about genuine human experiences with apparitions?  Do they provide real PROOF that life continues on after death, or are they all just another mass of hard to understand and interpret evidence of something that can’t quite be quantified?

The truth is, there is A LOT of good evidence that seems to suggest that "ghosts" or apparitions are real.…..and that we all have a spirit that lives on after we die.

Often, for example….multiple people see the VERY same apparitions, which is hard to discount as imagination or hallucination.  (as it’s actually more unrealistic to believe that total strangers can "share" in a visual hallucination that appears exactly in the same way, then it is that what they each saw independently, really WAS there)

Some of the very clear EVP recordings are very evidential – as again, they are digital documentation of something that can be studied, picked apart and analyzed using the same technology we use to "PROVE" other things in a court of law, for example.

Pictures, video and all of that stuff is very evidential as well….but the truth is, in my view anyway, a bit less so, simply due to what we DON’T know about the true underlying physics of reality.  There are many, many viable alternative explanations for ghosts that are actually quite good and DON’T point to a life after death hypothesis – such as magnetic fields, poltergeist or "PK" activity emanating from living people, (often teenage girls) and lots of other stuff that is interesting and cool to study, but definitely 100% "natural" in origin.

(my view remains that many of these cases ARE in fact, discarnate entities or spirits – but I do like learning about the skeptical explanations to test my beliefs)

The STRONGEST evidence that "ghosts" are real – or that said more eloquently, that our spirits DO survive the death of our physical bodies is the information that comes through from either psychic mediums that was NOT known beforehand, or the personal experiences of ordinary people, where we are visited by the spirit of someone who has passed…..and information is shared that turns out to be 100% true, validated and authenticated independently thereafter.

The truth is…..ONE case like this is difficult to explain away.  But 10, or 100 or even the thousands of documented "veridical" experiences where spirits communicate previously unknown information to the living is amongst the very best, and most exciting areas of evidence there is.  (and a while lot of fun to read about as well!)

You are stuck.  Confused….perpexled and puzzled at what to do next. 

You want a psychic reading to help you find your way…..but you are worried about being scammed, right?  You aren’t alone.  According to several recent surveys…..more than 3 out of EVERY 4 people now believes psychic abilities are true.  (they are..:-)  But a good percentage of those people are ALSO afraid of being ripped off, hoaxed or taken advantage of by fake psychics as well. (and the BIGGEST reason why many people do NOT get readings of their own…even though they really want to)

Here is what you need to look for when ascertaining whether or not a psychic is a fraud.  I’ve learned this first hand after almost 20 years of psychic readings, writings and research…and I’ve found that more or less, you WON’T go wrong if you follow the below.

1 – Avoid psychics who practice "magic".  This means curses, hexes, spells and other exotic exercises in weird behavior.  Why?  It’s not the sort of thing that I believe in….and the friends of mine who HAVE used these style psychics have almost uniformly had bad experiences.  Mostly…the BEST psychics, intuitive, clairvoyants and mediums I know and trust, recommend you avoid these style services as well.  (they’re fraught with fraud, and even if there are legitimate people who offer these services, you really don’t need them to get a good reading at all)

2 – Avoid "Absolutely FREE" Psychic Offers.  Why?  They’re rarely free….and NEVER really good..:-) The unfortunate truth is that most "free" readings are simple bait and switch style offers designed to get you to call….and be UPSOLD to higher priced offers and services.  The truth is, you SHOULD set a small budget for a reading, (10-30 dollars is fine) and you’ll find the difference between paying a few bucks and trying to get "something for nothing" is the difference between a memorable experience you’ll NEVER forget (or regret) and a bad experience that you’d like forget about the minute it’s done.

3 – Psychics who have ALL the answers.  (avoid these too)  Good psychics are amazingly intuitive.  But they aren’t stubborn, sarcastic and SURE they are right about everything.  A psychic who purports to have all of the answers (much like a few of the famous ones on TV) are often the biggest frauds you’ll find.  The truth?  A good psychic is humble, open minded and generous with both words and spirit.  A psychic who is INSISTENT they are right on everything….are the ones I’ve learned over the years are almost ALWAYS the imposters. 

(and that applies to some of the celebrities you see on TV as well..:-)

Are Online Mediums Real? A Quick Look at Psychic Mediums (online and off!)

In this blog post we are going to take a quick look at psychic mediums. There is really NO area in the paranormal “niche” that gets more support….AND scoffing, simultaneously…than mediumship! Why? Because many of us who have had the experience ourselves, of connecting with those who have “crossed”, can attest that it is one of the most profound and life changing experiences one can have.

But…..at the same time, it sounds so “nuts” to believe that are loved ones are somewhere ELSE, other than here..:-)

I know what I believe, simply due to the volume of research and personal experience I’ve had. I also know that many others do NOT believe, simply because they either haven’t had the experiences….or if they have, they’re so mind boggled that they simply can’t wrap their brains around the fact that it was genuine. (i.e. – someone cheated, etc)

Anyway…..we wrote this article earlier for an article directory and thought it may be worth re-printing here if you’re also interested in mediumship. (i’m guessing many of you are!) Article is below…and let us know what you think, too!

Have you ever considered trying to contact a deceased loved one? One of the worst experiences a person can have is losing someone that they love…..and the simple truth is, as bad as it hurts to admit, LOSS is a pretty big part of life. But what if you could contact those that you love on the “other side?” Do you believe it’s possible? I certainly do….and for hundreds of years, many thousands of people have done just that, through all sorts of ‘paranormal’ means.

For example…..

Mediums who contact the dead have been around since recorded human history has been around! Every culture has them….and while they may be referred to by different names in each, what they purport to do….is the same. Are there fakes, frauds and imposters amongst the bunch? Absolutely, there are! But of the thousands of mediums who have brought back hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of messages that have given GREAT comfort to all sorts of people since the dawn of time….are there any amongst them who were real? You would be foolish NOT to believe if you looked at the overwhelming evidence….and the impossibility of some of the information they’ve brought “back”..:-)

Here is the thing……

I’ve had tons of readings in my life….some SO incredibly powerful and eye opening, that they’ve literally changed what I believed was possible. (I used to be a hard core skeptic) But you ‘ve got to be careful when you pick a medium to visit, because while there are lots of good ones out there, the simple truth is that there are far more that are fakes, frauds or even well meaning folks who simply DON’T have the sorts of skills they believe themselves to have.

Here is the key to getting a good reading, and make GENUINE contact with someone you want to ‘see’ on the other side……

Be open minded! Skepticism is great, but not to the point where it shuts you off from having an experience that changes you perspective on what’s possible.
Be level headed, too! Don’t let your overwhelming urge to make contact compromise what you feel in your gut. If a medium doesn’t ‘sound’ authentic, or you don’t believe the information coming through is real…..let it go and move on. I’ve had plenty of authentic experiences, but they’re intermingled with many ‘misses’ too!
Set the stage! (spiritually speaking) Talk to the person you want to contact before you call….or visit the medium. This is a great way to ‘ask’ for verification that you
can actually validate during the reading. Just take a moment….and say – “I’m calling this psychic….or visiting a medium today..and if you don’t already know, I’d love for you to be there when I do..;-)

Sounds hokey….I know, but some of the BEST verification and validation I’ve received personally that this stuff is real, has come through asking for “proof” right before a reading has begun! (and believe it or not……often, ask and you SHALL receive..:-)

The Bottom line is this…..

Many people reading this right now believe ALL of the above is silly…and that you CAN’T make contact with someone once they’re gone. (because they believe….there is nothing TO make contact with after death)

I say they are wrong.

Not simply because I want it to be true…but simply because I’ve had an avalanche of personal experience which has forced me to face the fact that we DO survive death, and that are TRUE essence is NOT the physical body, and that you can prove that to yourself simply by exploring this for yourself! (and a great place to start is talking to a medium!)
