What percentage of psychic readers are really good? Are all psychics created equal? And most importantly, are telephone readings real….or all simply wishful thinking and pretend?

In my 20 years of psychic research, exploration, writings and readings, I’ve had the GAMUT of exceptional experiences with real intuitves and special sensitives from one side of the globe to the next. Absolutely not. Even "real" readings run the range from mediocre to magnificent, and I’ve had my share of both. Many online psychic services hire telemarketers and operators rather than legitimate intuitives, and in those cases, readings can be so bad, you would equally well served simply paying a stranger on the street to guess where you’ve been…and where you’re going..:-)
In my view? Experience. Length of time they’ve been around. Continuity is CRITICAL when it comes to psychic readings, simply because most legitimate readers develop a loyal following of "fans" who continue to come month and month, year after year. Good guarantees, and exemplary customer service policies are PARAMOUNT in my view as well, as you simply don’t want to end up "paying" for a bad reading if you didn’t get your monies worth. I only recommend readings from networks that guarantee their readings are good……or they don’t charge you a thing. (as a risk free reading is about as good as you’re going to get…..and you simply can’t lose either way!)
NO. I don’t believe in calling, or contacting psychics off of public forums or bulletin boards. Why? Because you don’t know who they really are. And quite frankly, MANY people have written about being scammed by these sorts of readers….and NOT for trivial amounts of money either. While there may be some good intuitives that can be found on public forums, I believe the RISK well outweighs the reward, and advice against this route unless you are certain they can be trusted. (and have a track record that demonstrates it to boot!)

The longer a psychic has been around, the more likely it is that they are worth the price of admission. As a matter of fact, unless the reading is FREE….I never go see a psychic who hasn’t been actively giving readings (to the public) for at least 5 years. (and that’s my minimum….I actually prefer longer!)

Fact: Even the BEST psychics are wrong some of the time. As a matter of fact, I find the best psychics are willing to take chances and go where their instincts tell them, OFTEN even if they go down the wrong path completely. Alternatively, a BAD psychic will be stubborn, silly and sullen if you correct them…and often won’t budge at all when you tell them the reading is going down the WRONG direction. (at which point, I either hang up…..or walk away..:-)

Or said differently…..if they spend a good amount of time WATCHING you……and you feel like you are being "studied", I like to leave! (which is why we often recommend phone readings in the first place) But the fact is, COLD reading techniques like body language "tells" and other subtle strategies for picking up information by observation are a SURE sign a psychic is a fake, fraud and foolish too! (I actually prefer a psychic who reads with their eyes closed…..or believe it or not, facing AWAY from me completely.)
