How difficult is it to become more psychic?  Is it something that you MUST be borne with……or can it be cultivated over time like any other simple skill or talent?

You would actually be amazed how many times we are emailed or asked about the development of psychic abilities, and to be honest with you, the simple truth is that ALL of us have the ability to become more intuitive, accentuate our sensitivity, and simply become more “aware” of the energy that surrounds us.

Here is a nice article on developing psychic abilities, and refining our sense of awareness, which in my view, goes hand in hand with “psi” sensitivity.  Meditation, as is mentioned here as the number 1 step, is the BEST way of beginning, and all serious students of psychic ability ( who are not simply amazingly gifted from birth) usually find this the best way to begin!

#Meditate on a daily basis. It’s essential that a psychic learn to relax and focus her mind at will. The Learning to Meditate website has audio and textual instructions. The “Trust Your Own Instincts” meditation on the site is particularly helpful for psychics.

#Step 2Practice entering the psychic state. Buy a crystal ball or fill a bowl with water. Draw the shades so the room is dim. Sit on the floor cross-legged with your hands in your lap and breathe deeply.

#Step 3Gaze into the crystal ball or bowl of water. Continue to breathe deeply and ignore outside sounds. When thoughts interrupt your concentration, gently push them aside.

#Step 4Feel connected to the silence around you. Reach deeper into your mind through your heart. It’s not something you can force. You can only achieve that state by letting go.

#Step 5Record your impressions immediately after these practice sessions. Write down sounds or voices you heard. Describe what you saw in the crystal ball or water bowl, including shapes that don’t make sense now. Also note any feelings you got that seemed to come out of nowhere.

Are psychic intuitions real? 

And can you really use them to make solid and sensible life ( and career) choices?  Some people say not only YES…..but that the BEST choices, ( and the most inspirational leaders) are often the ones who use a “6th sense” to make important decisions that impact themselves, their employees and often the entire fabric of their lives.
