Can anyone become psychic, or do you need to be born that way? Which techniques are proven to help people develop psychic, or intuitive abilities? Is trying to become psychic on your own dangerous, or is that all a bunch of new age nonsense and NOT something to worry about at all?

A great way to naturally develop your psychic powers?
Meditation. And very specific types of mediation as well. Believe it or not, I’ve been meditating for about 20 years now, but it wasn’t until I started using very specific tools and techniques that my intuitive abilities began to flower. The tools and techniques I used? Using brain entrainment sound technology (commonly called binaural beats or hemi-sync) was the most profound and beneficial change I made to my meditative practice. (and I literally had my first psychic experience, probably within 3 days of beginning)
Remember, most scientists who study psychic abilities believe that the brain is a filter, or a reducing valve and lets in (or in most cases, keeps OUT) the psychic signals that are coming from the wild and wooly world around us. Using sound to tune your brain to a different frequency seems to allow MUCH of these signals to filter through, and you’ll be amazed at what can happen thereafter. (I’ve had out of body experiences, astral projections and precognitive dreams regularly ever since beginning with binaural beats)(
The EASIEST way to cultivate your own psychic abilities with the minimum amount of practice possible?
Speak to other psychics! Opening yourself up conversationally, or allowing your energy to be read by other gifted intuitives is an amazing way to open up the psychic channels (or chakras) in your energy body….and believe me, I was a skeptic of ALL of this stuff until I experienced it firsthand. Talking to a psychic medium many years ago who told me things about a loved one I had lost very prematurely……opened me up to seeing (and hearing) spirits myself, having all sorts of powerful precognitive experiences, and allowing the unseen spiritual world into my daily existence, pretty much right away!

Ordinary people developing EXTRA ordinary extra sensory perception, people seeing things, psychically in minute and elaborate detail from thousands of miles away….and all sorts of other sensational but FACTUAL experiences are impossible to explain away…..if you look at the evidence!

]]>In this article I’d like to take a quick look at some of the myth and misinformation that exists about astral travel problems and the potential danger in the practice.
Now, first let me say that I’m a firm believer in taking good care of your psychic self, and do believe that you can open yourself up to a figurative (and literal) can of worms if you don’t practice SOME form of precautionary practice when surfing the supernatural realms.
With that said, there is absolutely NO proof that there is ANY danger in the astral body, or at least none that you are going to experience during projection practice.
You want to know why I’m so certain of this fact?
Well, I know there are folks out there who have claimed to have all kinds of troubles with astral “wildlife” and thought forms and the like, and even some pretty well known gurus have intimated there is a risk, right?
I’m here to tell you not only do I disagree….I would say that there are all kinds of people out there who may in fact be well intentioned, but might still be a card or two short of a full deck to boot..:-)
I’ve simply seen nothing in my own experience, or in any of the hundreds of accounts that I respect that anything TRULY dangerous lurks in the astral, other than projections of our own unfiltered consciousness.
I would argue, and MOST would certainly agree that much of what takes place in the moments where you are free from the confines of your physical shell are the most liberating, freedom finding and exhilarating adventure you can experience!
(And I would hate for anyone to pass up the opportunity to learn more out of a fraudulent fear that there is something to be afraid of…:-)
