Do you have strange memories of a different time period, lifestyle, sex or even CENTURY?  Do you sometimes wonder if you’ve been somewhere before, even though you know for sure you haven’t?  Do you get the feeling you’ve seen SOMETHING in the past…..but can’t quite get a feel for what it is, or why?

Or what about that feeling of deja vu…….when you absolutely know that you’ve had an experience before, or have an instant fleeting recall of having being immersed in a vivid event….and yet you KNOW with certainty living through that yourself would have been impossible?

The truth is, there is more and more evidence that supports the idea of reincarnation, and past lives, and no matter how much some scientists and skeptics “scoff” at the notion, the personal experiences of millions of people prove otherwise!

Did you know, for example, that MOST people in the world believe in reincarnation, and in the idea of past lives?  It’s true….and the bedrock belief system of Hinduism, and many (but not all) strains of Buddhist strongly teach that an important piece of ourselves (the soul, or vital energy force that makes us who we are) is ONLY here to continue to evolve, and create our spiritual karma.

The time of life where MOST people tend to have past life memories?

Believe it or not, it’s as a young child.  Most scientific studies of past life memories that are verified later to be true originate in small children, and there have been many, many books written about this proven phenomena that are impossible to explain away.

Methods I don’t recommend for exploring your past lives?

Hypnosis and regression therapy.  They are popular, and you’ll see practitioners on popular day time TV shows, but I don’t know what it really proves if you “remember” things while hypnotized, or whether a past life therapist can accidently lead you to remember experiences that you really didn’t have.  (but may be suggested, and your subconscious mind just runs with instead)

The BEST way to discover your past lives?

Talk to a psychic, intuitive or medium who specializes in past life readings.  I’ve had this done numerous times and have been BLOWN away by the experience, and still think about those readings each and every day.  Being AWAKE (i.e. – not being hypnotized or regressed) is critical to knowing for sure the memories are real…and the information that is coming through is  valid, true and accurate to YOUR experience as well!  (and trust me……you can get an amazing past life reading for 20 or 30 dollars by phone alone, when you’re ready to experience all of this for yourself!)

You want to believe……but just find it hard to wrap your brain around the idea that we can actually leave our bodies? The notion that we have a "soul"….or spiritual body that can travel anywhere it wants at will SOUNDS good….but it also sounds way too good to be true as well, right? If you are interested in the OBE, or astral travel and have these sorts of concerns…..I don’t blame you! (and I’ve been there before myself..:-)

But let’s take a second and separate the FACT….from fiction.

1. Fact: Tens of MILLIONS of people have had out of body experiences spontaneously……and some studies show that 10% of the overall world population will have at least one such experience during their lifetime
2. Fact: These people aren’t crazy…..aren’t unusual….and in most ways, are probably a whole lot like you and I (or ARE you and I!)
3. Fact: No matter how much "SKEPTICAL" scientists want to reduce astral projection experiences to mere hallucinations….there are WAY too many reported experiences that are impossible to explain as tricks of the brain, or delusions, or even simply very active imaginations or lucid dreams

The WHOLE truth?

Astral projection is real…and regardless of what is really happening during the experience, it’s certainly NOT a made up phenomena.

Okay…..so how can you TELL your out of body experience was true….and NOT simply a contrived and made up mental event?

Take notes. Write down everything that you saw. Describe things in as much detail….and take an active role in REMEMBERING what you’re seeing, as it’s happening. Be very specific with scenery and imagery you HAVEN’T seen before. (i.e. – places and people you observe while in the astral body) Cross reference WHAT you saw by taking an actual inventory afterwards.

Said more succinctly? Verify and Validate.

Did you FEEL the experience was real? Did it feel authentic….or dreamy and weird? The simple truth is that defining what is in fact "real" is a very subjective experience. Is reading this article real? Could someone convince you that it’s NOT happening? The same rules apply to the OBE! If it feels SO authentic that in your gut you know it’s as real as eating an apple…..or reading this article right now, you don’t NEED any other evidence at all..:-) Go with your gut…..and keep adventuring…expanding and EXPLORING the ethereal realms…:-) Consider yourself LUCKY….as most will never know what you NOW do!

Let’s take a quick look at the phenomena of the astral plane. Is it a REAL place of simply part and parcel of the imagination….a mental construct of infinite scope, yet really nowhere at all? I’ve had experiences in the astral planes that have transcended explanation, and description to boot.

Trying to articulate these events in a language that satisfies even my CLOSEST friends and family is often a furiously futile, and frustrating effort. Common Threads Weave a Tapestry of Truth

The real story SHOULD be the common experience of people across many centuries and MANY cultures in communicating the amazing adventures in the astral. If all describe an incredibly similar landscape, across oceans of time and circumstance….it becomes EXCEEDINGLY difficult to ascribe the whole experience to imagination….don’t you agree?

If 100 people describe the same white house, on the same street, with the same adjectives, descriptors and landmarks it becomes sort of silly to say the house isn’t there – ESPECIALLY if these 100 people agree on NOTHING else..:-)
