Are astral projection experiences real?

You want to believe……but just find it hard to wrap your brain around the idea that we can actually leave our bodies? The notion that we have a "soul"….or spiritual body that can travel anywhere it wants at will SOUNDS good….but it also sounds way too good to be true as well, right? If you are interested in the OBE, or astral travel and have these sorts of concerns…..I don’t blame you! (and I’ve been there before myself..:-)

But let’s take a second and separate the FACT….from fiction.

1. Fact: Tens of MILLIONS of people have had out of body experiences spontaneously……and some studies show that 10% of the overall world population will have at least one such experience during their lifetime
2. Fact: These people aren’t crazy…..aren’t unusual….and in most ways, are probably a whole lot like you and I (or ARE you and I!)
3. Fact: No matter how much "SKEPTICAL" scientists want to reduce astral projection experiences to mere hallucinations….there are WAY too many reported experiences that are impossible to explain as tricks of the brain, or delusions, or even simply very active imaginations or lucid dreams

The WHOLE truth?

Astral projection is real…and regardless of what is really happening during the experience, it’s certainly NOT a made up phenomena.

Okay…..so how can you TELL your out of body experience was true….and NOT simply a contrived and made up mental event?

Take notes. Write down everything that you saw. Describe things in as much detail….and take an active role in REMEMBERING what you’re seeing, as it’s happening. Be very specific with scenery and imagery you HAVEN’T seen before. (i.e. – places and people you observe while in the astral body) Cross reference WHAT you saw by taking an actual inventory afterwards.

Said more succinctly? Verify and Validate.

Did you FEEL the experience was real? Did it feel authentic….or dreamy and weird? The simple truth is that defining what is in fact "real" is a very subjective experience. Is reading this article real? Could someone convince you that it’s NOT happening? The same rules apply to the OBE! If it feels SO authentic that in your gut you know it’s as real as eating an apple…..or reading this article right now, you don’t NEED any other evidence at all..:-) Go with your gut…..and keep adventuring…expanding and EXPLORING the ethereal realms…:-) Consider yourself LUCKY….as most will never know what you NOW do!
