Is reincarnation real? Have I lived before…..and if so, who was I?

What is the best technique for remembering past lives now, and validating that my memories are in fact true? Do some past life memories fall into the venue of wishful thinking, or delusions of grandeur?

What about past life memories that crop up in dreams, or during deep meditation……are they more likely to be accurate, or do all sorts of memories of a previous life suffer from the same sort of problems when trying to verify that they are true?

All of these are great questions, and to me…..one of the very exciting parts of exploring this whole area with an open mind, and a true spirit of searching for truth.

As a matter of fact, as someone who has studied, researched and sought out past life experiences and documented my own spiritual journey and development over many lifetimes, I’ve found that there is no “one” method that is inherently better than the others.

For example…….

I’ve had AMAZING experience with past life regression therapy, and hypnosis…….and that has been an incredible “opening” for unpacking memories that I probably would never have recalled on my own.

I’ve had INCREDIBLE experiences with psychics and astrologers who specialize in instantly picking up on your “entire” spiritual experience, and without those readings, I would have never gotten so immersed in this whole area in the first place.

I’ve had incredible experiences with meditations and guided visualizations as well. And with EACH of the above approaches, I’ve also had my fair share of dubious and disappointing experiences, and that’s a part of this path, and process too!

Here is EXACTLY what I believe: (and what has taken me 20 years of exploration to learn)

We are all spiritual, energetic beings, who are having a temporary experience of being in physical form while here.

The Universe “knows” each and every one of us in an intimate way….and that there is a plan, and a purpose for each of our lives.

Every soul has a unique karma, and the decisions you make in this life, even the difficult ones that lead to complex consequences, are all part of a grand plan that is far bigger….and that each individual lifetime is only a small fraction of the entirety of who you ULTIMATELY are.

That there are a panoply of powerful ways to DISCOVER this evidence for yourself – and if you are serious about spiritual development, I encourage you to embrace and experience them all!
