What is astral travel?
Is it all in the mind…..or is it really REAL? Is there evidence that people really do leave their bodies……or is most of the evidence that it’s all just a vivid imaginary experience? Any of these questions sound familiar? If you are anything like I once was…….the truth is, unless you’ve actually had an astral projection experience first hand, you’re probably really skeptical that it’s real. The fact is…..not ONLY are out of body experiences real, in MY experience, there is NOT better evidence that we have an adventurous soul as well. Curious to know why? Read on as we take a look!
Has there been any PROOF that astral projection is a true phenomena?
Absolutely, yes. There have been many veridical out of body experiences, where information has been reported, and documented……that would have been IMPOSSIBLE for the person reporting the experience to have known using their physical senses.
For example?
The near death experience (or NDE) is a great illustration of astral projection…..or an OBE induced by trauma, or a life threatening event, or even death itself. Many "NDE’rs" report seeing things FAR removed from their physical bodies that would be impossible to explain using conventional science, physics, or reduction of physical faculties alone.
As a matter of fact……
In 2010, the LARGEST scientific study of out of body experience, during physical trauma, is currently taking place in hospitals around the globe. It’s called the AWARE study, and it attempts to document exactly WHAT people are able to "see" when they claim to be out of their bodies…….especially those resuscitated after suffering cardiac arrest.
What about LEARNING how to have an OBE or astral travel experience?
Yes….it’s not only possible, it’s easy. And FUN. And the most FREEING experience you can possibly have…..giving us first hand evidence that we are MORE than our physical bodies….and are truly spiritual creatures at heart. (and soul..:-) For me……it’s literally been a life changing, purpose altering adventure……and when you are ready for it, so TOO will it be for you!
