You are about to begin your first adventure in the astral realms. You are relaxed…….you are in a warm and safe and comfortable place. You have your favorite headphones on…and the hypnotic beat of bi-nural beat sound technology in the background. You are excited and ready to take the very first step in an adventure that may change your entire life.

But there is one gnawing question you can’t get out of your mind……..

Is astral projection dangerous? And if so….what are the risks? Is it possible to leave your body…and NEVER return?

I’ve heard the scare stories too..:-) I’ve heard the urban legends…and the odd experiences that people claim really happened to "someone" they know who tried to astral project.

The good news?

They aren’t true. Trust me……..there has never been someone who has been "lost" during an out of body experience….or while exploring the ethereal realms. The REAL danger is fear. Or at least……too much fear. Why? Because you’ll never have an authentic experience, and you’ll end up believing stuff that simply is dangerous to believe.

Remember…….

Each of us has an astral body that is completely separate from our physical self. The astral body, or your "subtle energy" as scientists now are calling it…..is the very same part of your consciousness that leaves your body during sleep. It is the very same part of you that is timeless……unending and will NEVER die. It’s the part of you that is energetic, psychic, and NOT limited by time or space. And it is 100% NOT going to "die" in it’s natural state…which is when it’s free from the physical self.

Does all of this sound hard to believe? Sound a bit more like FANTASY than fact?

I don’t blame you..:-) It did to me as well many years back. You need to have your OWN experiences to get proof that astral travel is not only SAFE….it’s natural. And most importantly,….it’s real. It’s only dangerous to experiment with things that ARE dangerous in trying to have the experience! (like drugs….or herbs or odd and exotic rituals that really AREN’T for sane people to begin with..:-)

Prove it to yourself. Grab a comfortable chair……your headphones…..and a slow Saturday night. I promise you…..you’ll have the ADVENTURE of a lifetime. (or 2..:-)
