Often called EVP. What is it? It’s super simple…and simply requires you use a digital recorder in ANY area you think is haunted…or may have spirit activity. (often your own home) Now listen: EVP is often thought of as a way for ghosts to talk to YOU…..but you can engage a 2 way conversation with ease…simply asking questions, and leaving the recorder running…and then listening to the whole thing the next day.

I’ve always thought speaking to the dead will be cool nd also frighting. If there is a way people could contact the spirit world then how? After I heard my grandpa died this year I felt bad bcuz he never got to meet my bf but glad he got to see him. & b4 my grandpa left I never got to say goodbye! I thought there was a type of board game that will allow you to talk to the dead but that was only on a TV show. If there isnt one then I wish there was. There is nothing more generic than calling a spirit…a human who once lived and loved on earth like you and me – a ghost! That’s like saying the word woman means – inferior to man – because society says so – but there are many, many countries that still believe this, as we know.
A ghost is a certain type of spirit, usually in trouble or has unresolved issues, like many of us on earth. The difference is, now, they don’t have a body or vocal chords to acquire closure as they continue to live.
Death does NOT transform anybody, no matter what their belief system was unless it’s based on Love, in which case they wouldn’t be a ghost in the first place. lol. The Universal Law that fulfills all laws…
Simplifying things, when we use the term “ghost” we are actually speaking about a person who is stuck on the lower level of the spiritual spheres closest to the earth plane.
The Universe runs according to a series of Laws that work in perfect harmony. One Law that would be easy to understand would be gravity. It is no respecter of person, race or religion, and when you go against gravity, you break that Law, so to speak, and havoc can take place.
When contacting spirits, the same idea exists. You need to be careful about WHO you are contacting since there are many, many millions of spirits who are NOT evolved and if you do not ask for Protection from your highest power or Universal Love or God, however you put it, you may be asking for trouble. Always question, if you are in contact with that spirit as to who they are and why did they come to you!
ALWAYS ask for (a simple prayer) protection and if you do get in touch with a spirit, you must get verification that he/she has your best interest at heart. Some seekers, those who are smart, ask if they have Divine Love!
You will know if you are contacting a good soul or an underdeveloped one by their answers. This is also Universal Law, so don’t cross into frontiers and open doors you can’t close because you were ignorant of that country’s laws, so to speak.
Contacting spirits can be a beautiful thing IF you have the right attitude and are smart. If not, you are asking for trouble and who would want help from a bum who lives next to a garbage dump?
There are millions of good, high and guiding spirits who will lead you UP, so to speak, instead of create chaos and trouble. These souls have specific training & education and each one has his/her own special interests and talents exactlyl like you and me except there, they are able to grow to a degree we cannot even imagine.

I have a big problem, I have alot of activity going on. We can see them, we got couple of pictures, others that stay over have seen the shadows, heard the doors open and gone to see that they were. I dont fill that they are bad. They have been taking care of me since I was 7 years old maby sooner but I really dont remember. I know that they want somthing and Im not listening cause now the people aroung me can or in somewhat seen or heard the activity If you have some imformation to help me out that dosent cost nothing I will return the same to others after I find out how to talk to mind to find out what they need. Oh I am 44 will turn 45 this month. so its been a long time. My son has the same problem hes the other one that has pics too. he is 21 going to be 22 this mont too its always at 3:00 to 3:30 that they wake us up or they dont let us sleep all night. I have a hall way where I can see them past all night with all different people from adults kids they walk one way look in then they go on one after another like if there just looking at me trying to find out if witch one knows me. somtimes I get scared only for the reason that I dont know why there doing it not cause of what I see so please help
my brother passed away in 2005. i know its been a long time but i never know if hes ok. at night i feel someone poke me. I feel breathing in my ear, and voices sometimes. It should frighten me but, it doesnt. Maybe its him? but if it is him why is he still here? shouldnt he have moved on?
My whole life i have only seen glimpses of figures trying to hurt me. Now my sister woke up with a Big bruise on her stomach. I would like to contact them but my first time i tried, it worked or i thought it did. Because i woke up to my rooms furniture in diffrent places than they were last night. Hey i been having the same problem i been hearing someone whispering in my ear they ill ask anyone if they had said any thing to me they said no.An one night i was on facebook i felt someone hold my hand an the next night i seen my bed go down as if some one was getting on my bed.One day i was with my friends some one said i like you to me O_o i been seeing dark shadows pass by me alot oh an the vocie sounds like a teenager boy.THIS IS CRAZY IM ONLY 13!!!!!

I’ve been interested in contacting spirits for a while now, actually since I read Valentino Speaks by Wayne Hatford (http://valentinospeaks.com). Hatford channeled the spirit of Valentino through meditation and wrote a book of Valentino’s thoughts, and I really want to try something similar.

Actually I am being haunted by something. I get flickerings in my house when I feel it is. My neck feel some what soothing and I feel somebody is looking me.something very close. Does this EVP really work and I want to communicate with it.
I’m 14 and i’ve had a lot of experience with spirts, ghosts and hauntings. The first experience I had I don’t personally remember. My mom told me when I was 3 I kept pointing to the cieling saying meh-meh, which is what my moms great great grandmother was called. One day my mom took out a picture of at least 5 women in our family and she asked me which one was meh-meh. I pointed right to her. The next experience was when I was walking back to our bathroom to where my mom was. I don’t remember this one either. We used to have a half door in our hall way and I was like 3 or 4 when this happened. I walked back,opened the door and my mom heard it slam shut really hard. She knew I couldn’t put that much force behind the door. Another experience was when I was like 4 or 5, I don’t remember this either. My mom put me in the bath tub and she walked out to the hamper right outside the door. Suddenly she heard me screaming and I said I saw a big green thing. When I was 4 my brother died then 6 when my grandmother died. My mom had experiences with both of them. I had a lot of things go on with my grandmother and so did my grandfather. I will tell you mine. My grandmother’s chimes are hung up in my house between the kitchen and living room. My grandmother was cremated and we put ashes at some graves and my grandfather has some. The rest is in my living room on our entertainment center in a box. Well, the chimes would chime randomly with no wind. Also my grandmother bought me a clock and it is sitting on one of our side tables. It would say the now I lay me down to sleep prayer then play a song. It started to go off randomly not even set. I got so terrified espically when I slept out in our living room and it would go off in the middle of the night. After I got really terrified all of it stopped so thats why I think it was my grandmother. And also after my grandmother died my grandfather woke up on morning to see the blankets totally on my grandmother’s side of the bed and on the floor. and her touch lamp would come on (which it still does). Do you think I could still contact her? And also 2 people died in my house. One was my dad’s dad (my other grandfather not the one I was talking about) and my great grandmother. Could I contact them too?

Sounds as though you had an out of body experience, also known as astral projection. It happens to alot of people and some actually practice doing it on an everyday basis. It’s nothing to be afraid of.

Hi, I don’t know much about spirits/ghosts but I know enough to that their real. I’m not sure if this was all in my head but I’m pretty sure it really happened but here’s my story. I was probably 12 when this happened but me and my sister were getting into bed one night about to turn off the light to go to sleep. Well I was about to get up to turn the light off when, right as I sat up the light turned off by itself. Our great grandmother used to live in the house across the street until she died. She died in that house so I think she was doing it. Little things happen like that all the time. My question is why is she still here?
Kirsten, There are many reasons why she could still be there. Most likely it sounds like she stayed behind to watch over you. which is not a bad thing. Some stay behind because they are attached to something such as a house, piece of furniture, family member, etc. You could always try asking her why she stayed. all you need to to is get a digital recorder, turn it on and ask if it is her and why she’s there. When you do ask a question make sure you give them plenty of time to respond, as it takes than longer than it would you or I. This is what they call an E.V.P . You may get results right away or it might take a few sessions, but if she really is there, she will let you know. Hope this helped you.
I have dealt with ghosts pretty much my whole life. Yes you can contact them. There are many devices out there that can be used to contact them. I pretty much have em all and have had amazing results, but you must be carefull for it’s nothing to play around with. Don’t be afraid of any ghosts, you are stronger and more powerfull than them. They feed off your fear. I have found that most of them are bored and lonely and they pretty much just want you to acknowledge them. I have three in my house and I communicate with them quite often. I have experienced everything from knocking on walls, furniture moving, and even been scratched a few times. It’s amazing stuff to me. I have been able to communicate with spirits for much of my life as well, and have had amazing experiences with psychics, mediums, ouija, using voice activated EVP, tarot cards and even have had some recent success using astral projection as well. (being able to speak to spirits in the astral realms so to speak) The funny thing is, no matter how powerful these experiences are (and they obviously are) most people will never believe them, unless they’ve had a personal expereince themselves. (that is, until they “cross over” and remember that the afterlife IS as real as this one – it’s all one continuous learning experience)
Im fairly new to all of this. But for anyone id advise you to stay away from the ouija board as its so dangerous. The only way to explain it is like Msn messenger to talk to a random spirit. Everyone that ive encountered has been a liar and dangerous so please be aware its ridiculously dangerous. Also after doing one make sure you smash the glass you use to do it otherwise the spirits will keep coming. Now im onto new enlightenment and im going to attempt to see/speak/communicate through meditation. Some people talk complete waffle but do urselves a favour and stay away from ouija boards!!
