Deep in sleep just trying change my sides, puts me out of my body, feel very light and actually floating. I float around the house, inside every room and could go as high as i want. This is definately not a dream as i use to dream. I could pass through a wall, door. though i have never seen my own body but completely aware that it is my bed. I am nothing but a witness to everything thats around. It is very relaxing and i loved it, since then i have been forcefully trying to induce it, but succeeded on a couple of times.
I did research and beleive what people call it is astral projection. but things like "silver chord" is not something i have witnessed. My mind is still forcing me to believe that its just the mind.
Next time i astro travel I am actually going to try and witness something that i dont know, then when i wake up verify it.
