Here is a pretty cool site that not only documents many of the remote viewing experiments done by the C.I.A and federal government, they also share an entire Coordinate Remote Viewing Manual for anyone who wants to learn how. ( it AIN’T gonna be easy though….trust me, this is highly technical stuff)
But if you aren’t already familiar with the STORY of Operation Stargate, the C.I.A.’s long term experiment with remote viewing techniques, it’s well worth taking a closer look. Why?
