Hi Igor – there is a cool documentary out right now called WAKE UP I believe….that deals with this in considerable detail – one guys experience of waking up one day to a world of shadows, and spirits and other interesting stuff – he’s a pretty well known independent film maker – so the movie has gotten a bit more attention from celebrities, etc – but check it out by googling it – and see if there is something that parallels your experience!

Dearest readers,

I have never purchased any of the mp3′s, out of lack of money to be honest. But I have the Isochronic and Binaural samples, which I use (10 min each). I haven’t reached an out of body experience yet neither, although I’ve become a lot more aware of myself and others… With others I mean: “shadows”! There are multiple of these Shadows that walk across the house, it’s unbelievable. Can anyone possibly help me with this, I know there isn’t anything wrong with my sanity, I’ve had the shadows confirmed by my partner who also listens to the Isochronic and Binaural tones and beats, and my doctor (who’ve I recently visited, doesn’t question my sanity neither).

Although these shadow’s aren’t doing anything special in particular, and they don’t frighten me (just is so strange), I do want to know what’s going on with me, and I would like to know more about this subject. Is there anyone who can let me know please?

I have isochronic tones which are said to be better than binaurals.
I have tried obe but I cant lie still, I keep twitching and I dont reach higher state.
any help?

Hi Andrew – If you purchased the Binural beats tracks from our recommended source – just “return” them and you’ll get a complete refund within 60 days. ( and you can keep the tracks and keep trying..:-) But if you’re asking just in general – i.e. – what do you do next to have an OBE – you just have to keep working with different methods until you do! I do believe that EVERYONE can have an out of body experience ( I think it’s certainly an abilitiy that we all are born with – but it’s a creative ability that needs to be honed – in my view – i.e. – much like art, or even basketball – or any skill that requires practice) That’s it – just keep WORKING on it – and undertand that it’s a lifelong journey type of thing – not neccessarily a “magic” experience to have once!

OBE is achievable. I myself have tried it on and off. I have tried a lot of techniques. But the fact that I just ‘tried a lot of techniques’ and I did the exercises ‘on and off‘ is probably the reason I have not had any worthy-of-telling experiences yet. Add to this the fact that I find it difficult to turn off the objective and critical part of me during the exercises. Any tips on overcoming these weaknesses?
